THE MISSION..

B3 Yoga and Fitness is on a mission to help you build a balanced/better body. We believe that through strength training, cardio, and yoga our bodies start to find a healthy balance. It is our goal to help individuals feel a healthy balance between physical and mental wellness through the strength, stretch, and reset method.

Our services offer growth physically and mentally, through strengthening the body through exercise and the mind through yoga. Our services are catered to those who desire full-body wellness through easily accessible videos and other services. Together we can make a more healthy community physically and mentally with first starting with ourselves.

Kelseia Hertzog

Kelseia Hertzog has been in the fitness industry since 2010 when she received her first group exercise certification (Zumba). She continued on this fitness journey that she had a passion for through obtaining her Bachelor degree in Kinesiology and later a Master degree in Exercise Science. Kelseia is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, RYT-200 yoga instructor, and she teaches several forms of group exercise.

"My goal is to help people build a balanced body by focusing on strength training, cardio, and yoga. These 3 forms of exercise are very important when it comes to what our body needs. We need strength for functional movement, cardio helps our heart and lowers the risk of certain cardiovascular diseases, and yoga is needed not only for increasing range of motion (physical practice), but also for stress reduction, mindfulness, and growth (physically and mentally). My hope is to help merge these three forms of training to help you create a healthy body physically and mentally
